What you will do

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in MS Project, focusing on task dependencies and critical-path tracking.
  • Manage resource-loaded schedules, monitor labor usage, and resolve resource conflicts.
  • Build advanced Excel dashboards and forecasting models for budget, cost, and headcount tracking.
  • Prepare project reports, RFIs, change-order documentation, and meeting minutes.
  • Track project costs, commitments, and variances to support corrective actions.
  • Participate in risk reviews and quality audits related to semiconductor construction and fit-outs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and macros.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools, including resource loading and baselining.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, resource leveling, and earned-value concepts.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
