Location: Must be based in Ontario, Canada
Salary: $160,000–$180,000 Base

What you will do
- Define and drive the strategy for a major product area within the Wholesale Network platform.
- Translate company priorities and customer needs into clear product direction and roadmaps.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers to develop their product judgment and prioritization skills.
- Ensure cohesive and scalable product experiences across the platform in alignment with broader strategy.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to manage cross-team dependencies.
- Define success metrics and measure outcomes to drive high-impact solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management roles within software companies.
- Proven experience leading and developing other Product Managers.
- Experience with technically complex products involving structured data, integrations, or platform-level systems.
- Ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive consensus in complex environments.
- Strong track record of delivering products that drive meaningful customer and business outcomes.
- Must be authorized to work in Ontario, Canada
Nice to have
- Experience with retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or wholesale platforms.
- Experience building or scaling platform capabilities.
- Experience working with both SMB and enterprise customers.
