TL;DR

Location: Remote (Flexible/Global) or Toronto, ON

What you will do

  • Influence product strategy for the Consumer Revenue suite and translate business goals into a team roadmap.
  • Prioritize work based on revenue drivers, product maturity, and growth opportunities.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of product managers, setting high standards for ownership and discovery rigor.
  • Secure product entry points on high-value Marketplace pages and negotiate prioritization across orgs.
  • Align with Marketing leads on roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Establish an operating model grounded in continuous discovery, rapid experimentation, and outcome-driven roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive Product Management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading Product Managers and/or product teams.
  • Proven success launching high-impact products at scale, ideally within digital marketplaces, classifieds, or eCommerce.
  • Deep understanding of product discovery and modern practices (dual-track agile, outcome-driven roadmaps).
  • Strong analytical thinking and fluency in working with data teams and product analytics.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align executives and energize teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2C and B2B marketplace ecosystems.
  • Expertise in mobile-first design and personalization in product experiences.
  • Familiarity with SEO strategy.
  • Experience working within a formal Product Operating Model.
  • Experience working with major consumer brands and products.
