Programmatic Lead

TL;DR

Programmatic Lead (DSPs): Manage DSPs and programmatic media buys for clients across KPIs, blending ad ops, trafficking, buying, planning, audience/channel research, campaign execution and optimization. Focus on standardizing media buying approaches, leading programmatic reporting, growing capabilities through education and strategy alignment.

What you will do

• Standardize paid media department’s approach to media buying and planning
• Manage programmatic campaigns end-to-end: setup, implementation, optimization, reporting
• Track performance and optimize pacing, bids, audiences, creatives, placements
• Grow programmatic buying by educating team on best practices and trends
• Lead reporting via Google Campaign Manager, analyze performance, monitor tests
• Manage budgets, collaborate on paid media strategies, support non-display channels

Requirements

• 2+ years in paid media with emphasis on display and media buying
• 2+ years programmatic buying through DSPs (Display & Video 360, Trade Desk, Amobee, etc.)
• Experience with large budgets, multiple tactics (prospecting, retargeting, video, native)
• Knowledge of RTB, PMP, programmatic direct; ad servers like Google Campaign Manager
• Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Measurement); Google Analytics Certified
• Bachelor's degree in related field; strong Excel, communication, analytical skills
