Lead IT Test Management (Testing CoE)

What you will do

• Lead QA strategy, execution, frameworks, standards, governance, and KPIs for enterprise software across Finance, Supply Chain, and B2B Commerce.
• Plan and execute end-to-end testing including SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and integrations; manage test data, defects, and risks.
• Collaborate with PMO, ERP/HRIS/CRM teams, SMEs, and partners to align on scope, workflows, and readiness.
• Perform hands-on test scripting, execution, and validation for critical changes; mentor teams on QA discipline.
• Champion quality culture, UAT cycles, go-live readiness, and continuous improvements to reduce production defects.
• Evaluate and adopt tools like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Selenium for automation and dashboards.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid onsite in Deerfield, IL (Tue-Thu)
• 10+ years in QA, Testing Leadership, or Business Analysis.
• Expertise in ERP, Workday, Salesforce, APIs, enterprise apps; SDLC/STLC, Agile/Scrum, hybrid models.
• Manage complex integrations, cross-functional coordination, test cases, tools, defect processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP, Workday HCM/Finance, Salesforce Clouds, integration tools.
• Automation frameworks, performance testing, Testing CoE experience.
• Certifications: ISTQB, CSM, PMP.
