What you will do

• Consult with customers on the design and implementation of comprehensive test activities to ensure sustainable product quality.
• Develop, plan, execute, and maintain test cases, scripts, plans, and protocols for products under development.
• Establish and evolve formal QA processes and metrics based on industry best practices.
• Lead, collaborate with, and mentor QA team members to expand overall group capabilities.
• Act as the key point of contact for QA aspects of releases and manage relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate end-to-end business flows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• 7+ years of experience in Software Development and Quality Assurance.
• Proven experience with UAT, Functional, Performance, and Scalability testing, including both manual and automated approaches.
• ISTQB Certification.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall development environments.
• Must be located in Houston, Texas, United States
