What you will do

• Implement and uphold quality standards and procedures for assigned projects.
• Develop comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases based on client specifications.
• Analyze test results, identify bugs, and assess usability via a centralized project database.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Lead, mentor, and manage test team members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Oversee the execution of test plans and the setup/teardown of test environments.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of testing experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
• English: C1/C2 level proficiency required.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, software testing standards, and Agile frameworks.
• Experience writing detailed test plans and conducting exploratory testing.
• Passion for video games and a solid understanding of the gaming market.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
