Field Sales Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Based in Liverpool, UK; requires regular travel across the North and Midlands

What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to scope, design, and validate technical solutions that address customer requirements.
- Conduct on-site discovery, customer meetings, and in-person product demonstrations across the North of England and Midlands.
- Act as the technical owner for RFP and RFI responses, coordinating with Product, Security, and Legal teams.
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to support customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
- Provide structured customer feedback to Product teams to influence the product roadmap and design.
- Maintain and manage reliable demo stations and accounts to represent real-world customer use cases.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in sales, solutions consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Exposure to cloud-based SaaS technologies, ideally within hospitality or retail.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
- Ability to travel regularly to support field teams.

- Hands-on restaurant experience or deep knowledge of the hospitality industry.
