What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to scope, design, and validate technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct on-site discovery, customer meetings, and in-person product demonstrations across the North and Midlands.
  • Act as the technical owner for RFP and RFI responses, coordinating with Product, Security, and Legal teams.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to support customer retention and expansion.
  • Provide structured customer feedback to Product teams to influence the product roadmap.
  • Maintain and optimize demo stations and accounts to ensure high-quality presentations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, solutions consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Exposure to cloud-based SaaS technologies, preferably within the hospitality or retail industries.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience working in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
