What you will do

• Coordinate crewing, casting, and scheduling for teams while managing resource allocation plans.
• Establish communication processes for deadlines and priorities, distributing weekly progress reports.
• Manage intra- and inter-departmental dependencies and resolve production schedule conflicts.
• Organize reviews, document feedback, and track action items to ensure project alignment.
• Operate VR headsets and AR devices for work reviews and product demonstrations.
• Supervise and train assigned Production Assistants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Game Development, Animation, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of professional experience in CGI production or game development.
• Deep understanding of animation, VFX, and video game production workflows.
• Proficiency with project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) and task management software (JIRA, Asana).
• Must be based in the Bay Area for hybrid onsite work in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in AR/VR/Mixed Reality experiences.
• Professional experience in both CG animation/VFX and real-time/interactive production.
• Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
