What you will do

• Define scope and activities for the club program and prepare launches at initial campuses for fall 2026.
• Hire and manage four interns with daily standups, weekly sprint reviews, and demos to leadership.
• Own the master project plan and ensure all deliverables ship by August 31.
• Represent Endless Clubs externally in calls with universities like NYU, Columbia, and ASU.
• Plan and run the Vermont closeout retreat and Leadership Summit.
• Hand off the program cleanly to full-time Clubs Lead and Marketing Lead.

Requirements

• Location: Must be available for onsite work in New York, New York
• Have led a startup, student org with budget, or significant project/internship before (bonus: club movement).
• Experience in game production ideal.
• Clear writer able to brief designers, edit peers, and produce forwardable content.
• Organized and motivated to run a five-person team.
• Passion for games, education, or both; rising senior or recent graduate.
