Location: Full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan

Salary: $78,900 — $116,760 USD

What you will do

  • Execute the setup of all digital products (Base Games, DLC, Season Passes) across Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Epic.
  • Manage metadata, SKUs, localized descriptions, age ratings, and storefront assets.
  • Submit and maintain up-to-date pricing configurations across digital storefronts.
  • Track sales and inventory levels of physical merchandise and apparel on the Rockstar Store.
  • Own and update "Swimlane" documentation for the release process and platform submission requirements.
  • Coordinate between Marketing and Development teams while maintaining RACI Matrices for product launches.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in game production, digital commerce, or release coordination.
  • Hands-on proficiency with at least one major platform portal: Steamworks, Playstation Partners, Microsoft Partner Center, or Nintendo Developer Portal.
  • Extremely strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build workflows and turn complex launches into repeatable processes.
  • Must be based in New York City for onsite work

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in JIRA for task tracking and Confluence for documentation.
  • Experience in D2C / E-Commerce Marketing.
  • Experience in partnerships, entertainment, and/or tech sectors.
  • Experience working directly with Game Platform holders (Sony, Microsoft, Steam, etc.).
  • Experience managing voucher and activation code distribution across platforms.
