What you will do

  • Act as a strategic trusted advisor to VP and C-suite stakeholders, shaping multi-year technology roadmaps.
  • Lead high-complexity engagements across architecture, operating models, and commercial outcomes.
  • Influence hirify.global platform roadmaps by defining investment themes, product direction, and reusable architectures.
  • Establish thought leadership in AI/ML, analytics, and fraud detection via industry forums and executive content.
  • Govern escalation strategies and incident management for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Mentor and coach Principal and Senior Customer Engineers to raise the technical bar across the organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Extensive experience as a principal or staff-level IC advising senior executives on platform strategy in enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of designing roadmaps that directly drive ARR expansion and product adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence architectural standards across various segments, industries, or regions.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale change management, including cloud migrations and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Partners) around unified strategic outcomes.
