What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families.
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations, including referrals to community providers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for integrated, high-quality care.
• Potentially lead parenting groups such as Parent Training in Behavior Management (BPT).
• Participate in peer consultation and shape care model workflows.

Requirements

• Licensed in California as LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW with master’s degree in relevant field.
• Experience in integrated care settings using evidence-based approaches for pediatric ADHD and anxiety.
• Tech-savvy and quick learner for virtual care delivery.
• Passionate about pediatric and family care.
• Flexible availability 8–25 hours/week within 7am–8pm PT, Mon–Sat.

Nice to have

• Licensed in additional states.
• Spanish proficiency.
