What you will do

• Deliver successful implementations of FeneVision products in collaboration with project teams.
• Provide support and guidance to help customers derive maximum value from solution offerings.
• Test and validate configurations to ensure they meet specific customer requirements.
• Manage task assignments and maintain project timelines to meet company and customer commitments.
• Create client-facing documentation, including meeting minutes and trip reports.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer within team members and FeneVision groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in consulting and software implementation.
• Technical knowledge of Fenestration manufacturing processes or ERP implementation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a global team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for varied audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
