What you will do

• Plan and execute experiential licensing programs, including cultural institution activations and programmatic sports initiatives.
• Integrate custom merchandise into activations while ensuring strict alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, brand, creative services, legal, and PR to align project goals.
• Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
• Develop supporting marketing materials for bespoke activations in coordination with partners.
• Compile post-mortem campaign recaps and analyze performance metrics against benchmarks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sports or experiential marketing, event production, or brand activations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, Washington, USA.

• Experience working with licensed IP or entertainment brands.
