What you will do
- Plan and execute experiential licensing programs, including cultural institution activations and programmatic sports initiatives.
- Integrate custom merchandise into activations while ensuring strict alignment with brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, brand, creative services, legal, and PR to align project goals.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
- Develop supporting marketing materials for bespoke activations in coordination with partners.
- Compile post-mortem campaign recaps and analyze performance metrics against benchmarks.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sports or experiential marketing, event production, or brand activations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, Washington, USA.
Nice to have
- Experience working with licensed IP or entertainment brands.
- Background in sports activations or fan-driven communities.
- Experience with professional project management tools.
