What you will do

• Source, onboard, and manage relationships with external market makers for spot, perps, and RFQ liquidity.
• Structure commercial terms, SLAs, and proposals for ecosystem partners as the platform expands.
• Monitor and optimize market quality, including spread, depth, and fill rates across on-chain and off-chain venues.
• Collaborate with internal Trading, Product, and BD teams to refine the overall liquidity strategy.
• Support the expansion of xStocks into new assets and markets, specifically targeting Europe and Asia.
• Scale the market maker network from an early stage to a diversified, high-quality partner set.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in crypto or TradFi market making, trading, or exchange environments.
• Strong understanding of market structure, liquidity dynamics, and execution quality (spreads, depth, slippage).
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms and manage long-term strategic partnerships.
• Comfortable using data and KPIs to drive performance and decision-making.
• High-agency operator capable of building and iterating in a fast-moving environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
