Location: Hybrid/Remote in New York (USA) or London (UK)

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

What you will do

  • Source and qualify new asset listings for the protocol’s current and future iterations.
  • Identify and qualify new chain deployment opportunities based on ecosystem fit and TVL potential.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with asset issuers and chain foundations regarding incentives and grants.
  • Manage the full business development lifecycle from initial contact to signed agreements.
  • Represent the organization's growth interests at industry events and summits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or partnerships within the DeFi sector.
  • Established professional network among chain foundations, asset issuers, and ecosystem funds.
  • Solid understanding of DeFi lending mechanics, token incentives, and on-chain governance.
  • Ability to independently create and present sophisticated commercial proposals.
  • Comfort operating in an asynchronous, on-chain-native environment.
