What you will do

• Design, develop, and ship high-quality technical solutions and maintainable code across multiple hirify.global services.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to encourage team growth and adherence to quality standards.
• Own system health and reliability by participating in on-call first responder rotations and incident management.
• Write architecture briefs and proposals, and implement APIs to facilitate seamless integration between components.
• Set up automated CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics and integrate customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in languages such as C, C++, C#, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in maintaining and delivering production software.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale system architecture, distributed systems, and microservices in cloud-based environments.
• Expertise with Azure resources including Azure Storage, Redis Cache, and Data Explorer Clusters.
• Experience operating Cosmos DB clusters at scale and working with relational (MySQL) datastores.
• Knowledge of Cloud Native Compute Foundation (CNCF) concepts.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash or Python.
