What you will do

• Define and drive long-term technical strategy for large-scale distributed systems and platforms spanning multiple organizations.
• Architect and evolve backend services, APIs, and data infrastructure that operate at global scale.
• Integrate LLM-powered capabilities into core platform architecture, establishing patterns for retrieval, orchestration, and memory.
• Influence technical direction across teams and partner groups without direct authority to align technical investments with business outcomes.
• Raise the engineering bar through design reviews, technical mentorship, and setting high-quality execution standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale distributed systems used by millions of users.
• Deep expertise in backend systems, cloud-native architecture, and microservices-based design.
• Experience owning production systems with high availability, low latency, and solid operational rigor.
