What you will do

• Contribute to the modernization and evolution of hirify.global Directory Manager (NDM) toward a cloud-native SaaS architecture.
• Design, develop, and enhance scalable, secure, and reliable identity solutions using Azure services.
• Collaborate with architects and product managers to evolve the IGA portfolio.
• Implement APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven designs.
• Utilize and integrate modern DevOps and infrastructure-as-code concepts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience with C# or Java, and Python.
• Exposure to cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, or event-driven design.
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, or automated testing.
• Experience with Golang or a strong willingness to learn it.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Kraków, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity or access management (IAM/IGA) systems.
• Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, or message streaming (e.g., Event Hub, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development or automation tools.
