What you will do

• Design and develop software solutions to improve user experience for the Governance feature.
• Extend and contribute enhancements to the open-source software powering the platform.
• Create technical designs and communicate them clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct design and code reviews to enable fellow engineers to achieve high quality.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure solutions are well-planned and delivered on time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, specifically with distributed computing (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
• Strong proficiency in Java, Scala, Go, or Python for building high-performance solutions.
• Experience in API design and development (RESTful APIs, GraphQL).
• Skilled in cloud environments, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• Comprehensive understanding of system design, architecture, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Must be based in the United States.
