Full Stack Engineer (AI): Building end-to-end features for hirify.global Copilot and Bing generative search experiences with an accent on C#-based backend services and responsive frontend interfaces. Location: Mountain View, United States. Employees within a 50-mile commute are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: $100,600 – $215,400 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements for new features.
• Develop design documents and identify technical dependencies for product areas.
• Implement end-to-end code for AI-powered services and user interfaces.
• Break down complex work items into manageable tasks and provide accurate estimations.
• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for on-call system monitoring and restoration.
• Optimize product availability, reliability, and performance at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of technical engineering experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Mountain View, US office per the hybrid work policy.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# and .NET for backend services.
• Proficiency with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, or prompt engineering.
