What you will do

• Manage end-to-end projects focused on integrating internally developed components and services with external providers.
• Establish and maintain project governance by chairing meetings and managing stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making.
• Track and monitor project scope, budget, and resource allocation using Gantt charts and MS Project.
• Supervise the delivery of products and services by external suppliers, ensuring contract compliance and resolving risks.
• Provide regular status updates and detailed reporting to ICT management and steering committees.
• Proactively identify, handle, and mitigate dependencies and risks affecting project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 9 years specifically in Project Management.
• Proven experience leading multicultural teams in international ICT project environments.
• Experience managing at least 5 end-to-end projects involving COTS, Cloud deployment, or ICT infrastructure.
• At least 5 years of experience in highly regulated environments, preferably within public or government sectors.
• Proficiency in MS Project and standard planning and estimation techniques.
• English: Proficiency required for presenting complex project plans and reports to executive stakeholders.
• Valid PM certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI PMP, or PM2.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of incremental software integration and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) integration with third-party providers.
• Experience with infrastructure projects delivering virtual connectivity and environments.
