Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 per month

What you will do

• Design and build AI-powered agents to automate internal workflows and service delivery.
• Develop complex ClickUp systems, including dashboards, automations, templates, and scalable architectures.
• Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize and build a SaaS product derived from internal agency processes.
• Integrate various platforms using APIs, Zapier, Make, and GPT-based systems.
• Utilize rapid prototyping and "vibe coding" to quickly iterate on product ideas.
• Document systems and frameworks to ensure scalability and internal adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automation, systems building, or related technical roles.
• Advanced expertise in ClickUp system architecture and complex workflow building.
• Strong experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and Airtable.
• Solid understanding of AI tools, APIs, and agent-based systems.
• Ability to align with working hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PDT.
• Experience with digital marketing agencies is highly preferred.
