What you will do

• Audit and enhance existing workflows to identify areas for automation and efficiency improvement.
• Design and implement intelligent workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and GPT-based tools.
• Integrate key business systems such as HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, and Monday.com into seamless operations.
• Develop automation logic, prompt chains, and AI-driven processes to reduce manual work.
• Build and manage webhooks, APIs, and data automations between various apps and platforms.
• Document workflows and provide internal guides or video walkthroughs for teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in automation, AI operations, or systems integration.
• Proven expertise in Make.com, Zapier, and OpenAI/GPT automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and conditional logic.
• Experience with CRM, project management, and productivity platforms (HubSpot, Monday.com, Airtable, etc.).
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Python and JavaScript.
