What you will do

• Design and oversee AI system architecture for internal and client projects.
• Build AI-powered automations using OpenAI APIs, Zapier, Make, and n8n.
• Develop lightweight web applications and dashboards using React, Next.js, and Node.
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Ops) to optimize workflows.
• Translate client requirements into technical AI-driven system designs.
• Establish governance, security, and data handling best practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Experience building web apps with React, Next.js, or Node.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture.
• Availability to work in the US-MST time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience productizing AI services or working in BPO/agency environments.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, or ClickUp integrations.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure like AWS, GCP, or Vercel.
