What you will do

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify and design opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain complex workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or Power Automate.
  • Integrate LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) into operational workflows across HR, marketing, and customer support.
  • Connect systems using APIs and webhooks to ensure seamless data flow between platforms.
  • Monitor automation performance and optimize logic for speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Create detailed documentation for all automation workflows and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automation, workflow design, or process optimization.
  • Hands-on expertise with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).
  • Experience working with AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI).
  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data structures.
  • Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
  • Experience with databases such as Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or project management tools like ClickUp.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
