What you will do

• Build, test, and optimize automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools.
• Integrate multiple apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline internal processes.
• Troubleshoot automation issues to ensure smooth and reliable execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects.
• Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows.
• Research and experiment with new AI tools and automation methods.

Requirements

• Strong background in workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• AI-native mindset with comfort in testing and adopting emerging AI tools.
• Must be based in Serbia.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Basic coding skills in JavaScript or Python.
