What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered automations to reclaim time and eliminate manual work.
• Map business problems and design custom workflows from scratch rather than automating existing processes.
• Build and maintain production-ready automations using n8n, Claude, and other tools.
• Improve data and documentation structures to ensure clean and reliable inputs for AI systems.
• Collaborate with VP People and VP Operations to prioritize and validate automation builds.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mapping and redesigning business processes.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and integration of business tools (CRMs, HR platforms).
• Practical experience integrating AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) into real business workflows.
• Ability to autonomously manage multiple concurrent builds and projects.

Nice to have

• Experience within a SaaS or technology company.
• Familiarity with GTM tools such as HubSpot or Gong.
• Experience measuring and reporting the quantitative impact of automation (e.g., time saved, adoption rates).
