Salary: $130,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of engineering and delivery teams to align with business and client needs.
• Coordinate with Resource Management (RMO) to handle staffing, bench utilization, and project alignment.
• Partner with HR and Recruiting to identify hiring needs and oversee new hire onboarding.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training efforts to ensure team readiness for upcoming work.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational blockers and delivery coordination challenges.
• Continuously improve operational workflows and communication across the delivery organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering operations or delivery management within a tech or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud, or DevOps delivery teams.
• Proven ability to manage staffing coordination and cross-functional execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel domestically as necessary.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in an engineering, DevOps, or cloud-focused role.
• Familiarity with AWS or cloud-native delivery models.
• Experience with workforce planning and resource management functions.
