Salary: $120,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy to inform, engage, and inspire employees.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver enterprise communications, including Town Halls and organizational announcements.
• Design multi-channel communication experiences tailored for a hybrid workforce.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as People & Culture, IT, and Facilities to streamline delivery.
• Analyze engagement data and employee feedback to continuously improve the communication approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of internal communications experience with success in driving employee engagement.
• Proficiency with digital platforms such as LumApps, Contact Monkey, Slack, and Slido.
• Strong ability to provide strategic communications counsel to senior management.
• Must be based in the US (specifically within 75 miles of Yonkers or in registered states).
• Work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.
