Location: Hybrid (Yonkers, NY). Must reside within 75 miles of headquarters and be based in one of the registered US states. Not eligible for sponsorship or relocation assistance.
Salary: $120,000–$130,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy to inform, engage, and inspire employees.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver enterprise communications, including Town Halls and organizational announcements.
- Design multi-channel communication experiences tailored for a hybrid workforce.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as People & Culture, IT, and Facilities to streamline delivery.
- Analyze engagement data and employee feedback to continuously improve the communication approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of internal communications experience with success in driving employee engagement.
- Proficiency with digital platforms such as LumApps, Contact Monkey, Slack, and Slido.
- Strong ability to provide strategic communications counsel to senior management.
- Must be based in the US (specifically within 75 miles of Yonkers or in registered states).
- Work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.
