What you will do

• Own major subsystems and projects, developing and maintaining project plans to launch product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional partners to meet milestones and balance competing priorities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely parts release, delivery, and implementation.
• Implement robust engineering processes, including Design Reviews, DFMEA, CAE, and DVPRs.
• Drive resolution of engineering concerns using Root Cause Analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Oversee change control processes and support budget forecasting and resource planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in a technical or management role within a technical sector.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with SmartSheets or MS Project.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Garden Grove, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Startup experience.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and CAD.
• Knowledge of EV powertrains, ADAS, vehicle software, controls, or electrical system design.
