Analyst, Constituent & Marketing Analytics (Data Analytics): Delivering analytics and data-driven insights to support fundraising programs and campaigns with an accent on supporter segmentation, communication strategies, and net revenue growth. Focus on optimizing supporter lifetime value, automating performance dashboards, and executing multi-channel campaign evaluations.

Location: Remote within Canada; must be currently residing in Canada, work Eastern Time (ET) hours, and be able to visit the Toronto office up to 6 times per year.

Salary: $67,000–$82,000

What you will do

  • Analyze customer behavior to develop and implement supporter segmentation and communication strategies.
  • Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards using BigQuery, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
  • Track and evaluate performance for multi-channel Direct Marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Manage the marketing campaign calendar and coordinate data operations with external media vendors.
  • Provide data insights to support annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting for program leads.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to maximize system integrations and data synergies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of analytics or data management experience in a customer-centered organization.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Excel for complex data analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with Cloud Analytics environments (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift) and Google Analytics.
  • Must be currently residing in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Ability to work ET hours and travel to Toronto up to 6 times per year.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., Co-pilot, Claude) into analytics workflows.
