What you will do

• Lead application support for SAP S/4HANA Finance, Controlling, and Group Reporting processes globally.
• Act as a primary liaison between finance end-users (CFO, Controllers) and programming staff to analyze, design, and configure systems.
• Oversee the Finance IT team and external consultants to ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Perform complex unit and integration testing across multiple functional areas from development to production.
• Troubleshoot configurations and perform system upgrades to maintain optimum performance.
• Develop and propose new software concepts and advancements to support corporate goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in SAP Business Suite modules (S/4 Universal Journal, GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Group Reporting).
• Experience implementing and supporting financial accounting solutions within a Manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Systems and SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to upper management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of S/4HANA PP and SAC.
• Prior programming experience.
