Senior CRM Executive (Loyalty): Managing and optimizing the CRM campaign calendar for the Rewards program with an accent on customer engagement, personalization, and data-driven optimization. Location: Hybrid (up to 2 days working from home), based in Yeovil, UK

What you will do
- Own the CRM calendar for Rewards customers to ensure effective campaign and communication delivery.
- Deliver and optimize always-on activity across email, SMS, and direct mail channels.
- Create personalized customer journeys using segmentation, triggers, and dynamic content.
- Build and execute test-and-learn plans to drive actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with Insights, Legal, and Operations teams to refine the overall loyalty proposition.
- Support the optimization and management of Braze and Talon.One platforms.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in CRM and campaign management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business functions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a simple format.
- Creative thinking, strong numerical skills, and high attention to detail.
- Must be based in the UK to support the hybrid office model in Yeovil
