What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end rollout of a new loyalty and rewards programme, from defining tiers to executing the go-to-market plan.
  • Develop automated CRM journeys to reduce churn and retain customers nearing the end of fixed-term contracts.
  • Create and test mechanisms to reward customers for carbon-reduction targets and off-peak energy usage.
  • Build and manage an ecosystem of partners to deliver valuable rewards.
  • Collaborate with Data teams to identify at-risk clusters and deploy personalized offers via email, push, and SMS.
  • Ensure all programme mechanics comply with Ofgem regulations regarding pricing transparency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Loyalty or CRM.
  • Proven track record of taking a loyalty programme from concept to live market.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing plans to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Must be based in London with the ability to travel to other sites when required.
