What you will do

  • Lead multidisciplinary technical teams supporting business-critical enterprise platforms.
  • Manage operational workload, prioritization, and team capacity.
  • Ensure compliance with service-level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, escalations, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive continuous service improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing IT operations teams.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience operating under SLAs and KPIs.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.

Nice to have

  • ITIL certification.
