What you will do

• Act as a technical expert during pre-sales to evaluate partner needs and demonstrate capabilities.
• Guide partners through API integration and certification processes.
• Translate external technical requirements into actionable specifications for internal teams.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of custom technical projects and go-live execution.
• Shape the core API and integration tools based on partner feedback and insights.
• Own long-term technical relationships to drive product engagement and brand stickiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in a technology or software company.
• Deep exposure to API integrations, system architecture, and sprint cycles.
• Must be based in Berlin or Germany.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Openness to business travel as needed.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
