What you will do
- Act as a technical expert during pre-sales to evaluate partner needs and demonstrate capabilities.
- Guide partners through API integration and certification processes.
- Translate external technical requirements into actionable specifications for internal teams.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of custom technical projects and go-live execution.
- Shape the core API and integration tools based on partner feedback and insights.
- Own long-term technical relationships to drive product engagement and brand stickiness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in a technology or software company.
- Deep exposure to API integrations, system architecture, and sprint cycles.
- Must be based in Berlin or Germany.
- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Openness to business travel as needed.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
