Senior MarTech Lead (MarTech/AI): Defining and executing the MarTech vision to drive acquisition, activation, and retention at scale with an accent on designing a connected ecosystem and implementing experimentation frameworks. Focus on bridging strategy with hands-on execution across a complex global ecosystem, leading data governance, and managing a team of engineers.

Location: Remote-first with optional London collaboration space

Salary: £110,000 - 121,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Define and execute the global MarTech strategy, owning tools such as Braze, AppsFlyer, and paid media platforms.
• Design a connected ecosystem that unifies data, channels, and customer journeys.
• Build and embed experimentation frameworks across web and marketing functions.
• Lead data governance initiatives to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
• Manage and develop a small team of engineers while collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Experience designing and scaling MarTech or AdTech stacks in-house.
• Background in high-growth tech or eCommerce environments.
• Ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Experience with Agentic AI.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, integrations, and marketing measurement.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering.
