What you will do

• Translate overarching media strategies into detailed tactical plans across all channels including digital, audio, VOD, and AV.
• Develop integrated roadmaps aligned with brand and performance goals adhering to the OASIS framework.
• Support cross-channel optimization efforts and implement media testing frameworks.
• Analyze performance data and coordinate insights for Post-Campaign Analyses (PCAs).
• Implement and test new AI-driven optimization tools within the WPP Open ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Account Directors, Comms Planners, and activation specialists to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in media planning, digital activation, or implementational planning for complex client accounts.
• Solid understanding of cross-channel planning, data analysis, and integrated media testing.
• Strong knowledge of the full media landscape and core media buying platforms.
• Analytical skills to leverage performance data for optimization.
• Proficiency in planning tools and awareness of AI-driven tool integration.
• Must have the right to work in the UK
