TL;DR

Senior Field Marketing Manager (Adtech/CTV): Own and scale the UK market for hirify.global's video advertising platform with an accent on GTM strategy, commercial offerings, and field activations. Focus on designing tailored campaigns, leveraging existing UK network, and partnering with sales to drive pipeline and revenue.

Location: Based in London, UK. Hybrid setup with 2 days/week at coworking space (The Ministry, Borough Road). Regular UK industry events and sporadic travel to Paris required.

Global video platform with enterprise hosting, advertising solutions, and 400-person team across France, New York, and Singapore.

What you will do

  • Design and launch tailored commercial offerings and annual calendar for UK market, identifying key moments like events and launches.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign development across social, PR, events, and partnerships, creating sales enablement assets.
  • Leverage UK network for market penetration, partnerships, and opportunities.
  • Partner with UK sales leads and VPs to solve business challenges and drive revenue.
  • Define KPIs, track performance, and iterate based on data and market insights.
  • Represent brand at UK industry events with global resources.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing with 2+ years in adtech/CTV.
  • Deep CTV expertise (streaming, video ads, OTT, AVOD, landscape).
  • Solid adtech knowledge (programmatic, SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges).
  • Agency background for fast-paced narrative crafting.
  • Established UK network and deep market knowledge.

Nice to have

  • High-growth startup/scale-up experience in adtech/CTV.
  • Background with complex international sales orgs.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered advertising.
  • Building field marketing programs from scratch.
