What you will do

• Plan, develop, issue, and track progress of all CWPs and IWPs for basic projects.
• Generate material take-offs and bills of materials for work packages.
• Collaborate with discipline superintendents and general foremen to ensure field buy-in for released packages.
• Verify installed commodities and work completion status on a weekly basis.
• Assist in resolving issues related to design information, schedules, change management, and quality.
• Manage RFI documentation flow and maintain daily site records.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 4-year degree preferred.
• Typically 2+ years of experience in construction, construction management, or design for similar facilities.
• Working knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to perform material take-offs and field estimates.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel.
• Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in extreme temperature environments.
