What you will do

• Lead a diverse portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers specialized in event-driven cloud native services.
• Drive technical direction, architecture, and delivery of robust cloud-based solutions to meet business needs.
• Coach and mentor engineers, focusing on their career growth and team building.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Implement Agile development and analytical methodologies to continuously improve operations and processes.
• Participate in the YBIYRI (you-build-it-you-run-it) model, including on-call pager rotations.

Requirements

• Proven leadership competence with strong skills in people management and attracting talent.
• Deep software engineering experience in complex distributed systems.
• Strong aptitude for the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile engineering excellence.
• Hands-on technical approach with the ability to deep dive into code details.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and influencing skills.
• Experience with Microsoft stack: C#/.NET, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.

Nice to have

• Expertise with Azure services such as Function Apps and Service Bus.
