Salary: $165,000 - $195,000 USD

What you will do
- Prioritize customer-first approach, resolve escalations, and ensure on-time project delivery in collaboration with Engagement Leads and Project Managers.
- Drive revenue growth through upsells, expansions, and new projects within top accounts, negotiating contracts and securing budgets.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), communicate ROI, and develop renewal/expansion collateral.
- Proactively identify opportunities, educate stakeholders on new services, and foster deeper engagement with buyers and decision-makers.
- Partner with consulting teams to assign resources and deliver tailored solutions for customer success.
Requirements
- 10+ years in biopharma, with 10+ years client-facing as consultant or life sciences software/service provider
- Experience selling/deploying/servicing SaaS (Force.com-related) to life sciences customers, penetrating multiple groups.
- Strong communication, storytelling, project coordination, and account management skills; influence without authority using Salesforce, Salesloft, Qualified.io.
- Track record meeting goals, managing senior-level relationships, and using AI/GenAI for deliverables and analysis.
- Must work remotely within the US
