What you will do

• Manage the global phone number inventory to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
• Verify that submitted customer KYC documentation aligns with internal policies.
• Ensure compliance with international phone number regulations in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as a domain expert for phone number projects, assisting Sales and Support teams.
• Design and optimize operational processes to improve the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot internal tooling and product offerings.

Requirements

• Must be based in Estonia
• Fluency in written and spoken Japanese
• Proficiency in using SQL for metrics-driven decision making.
• Experience configuring and operating various software tools and systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects.
• Tech-savvy approach to building seamless operations.

• Bachelor's degree.
