What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Participate in the implementation and support of IT infrastructure.
- Perform maintenance and system upgrades to ensure reliability.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and redundancy strategies.
- Administer virtualization systems, Microsoft servers, and networking services.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Two years of hands-on IT engineering experience.
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with VMware, Microsoft Servers, Office 365, and Veeam.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (VLANs, Subnetting) and storage protocols (NAS/SAN).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, and SCCM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
