What you will do

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical hardware and software issues.
  • Administer virtualization systems, Microsoft servers, and networking services.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and backup/redundancy strategies.
  • Perform maintenance and system upgrades to ensure infrastructure reliability.
  • Prepare technical reports and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill service requests in a customer-facing environment.

Requirements

  • Two years of hands-on IT engineering experience.
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with VMware virtualization and backup solutions like Veeam.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft server products, Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking concepts.
  • Ability to work in shifts to ensure timely support coverage.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of NAS/SAN concepts and protocols.
  • Familiarity with Identity Management, Federation Services, and MFA.
