What you will do

• Lead engineering initiatives to integrate Gen AI and ML into hirify.global Kids+ experiences to create breakthrough digital products.
• Influence product roadmaps and technical strategies to drive subscriber growth and business goals.
• Develop scalable, secure software systems that meet high standards for child safety and parental control.
• Ensure architecture is performant and compliant with international child privacy regulations across all devices.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams to elevate technical capabilities.
• Partner with hardware, services, and content teams to ensure seamless reliability across the device portfolio.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering team management.
• 6+ years of experience in planning, designing, and delivering consumer software.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs and teams in an Agile environment.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Seattle, WA, USA.

• Experience developing and deploying AI products at scale.
• 7+ years of experience with highly scalable, high-traffic systems.
• Experience implementing compliance solutions in regulated environments.
