What you will do

• Own end-to-end project-based billing and invoice validation against contracts and SOWs.
• Manage customer procurement portals such as Coupa and Ariba for timely invoice submission.
• Drive collections efforts via email, portals, and calls to reduce DSO and improve cash flow.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Accounting to resolve billing disputes and contract issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Implement process improvements to streamline billing and collections workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or project-based invoicing.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise collections and reducing DSO.
• Hands-on experience with procurement portals (Coupa, Ariba, etc.) and QuickBooks Online.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth startup or services-heavy SaaS company.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts (ASC 606).
• Experience with NetSuite, Tabs, or Maxio.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for AR tracking and reporting.
