What you will do

• Lead design initiatives across multiple product surfaces and platforms for internal employees and B2B customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product managers to shape digital and physical experiences.
• Define and communicate the design vision across various internal product ecosystems.
• Deliver high‑fidelity interaction, visual, sound, and motion designs to improve usability.
• Champion accessibility, inclusivity, and user‑centered design practices.
• Present design concepts and strategies to align cross‑functional partners around shared goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital interfaces for web or mobile platforms.
• Formal training or degree in Interface Design, Visual Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and methodology in the domain.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products with meaningful business impact.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
• Must be based in or able to work in Warren, MI or Austin, TX for hybrid attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience designing enterprise solutions for employees or the manufacturing space.
• 7+ years of experience in the automotive industry, design agencies, or technology companies.
• Experience working in lean, agile environments, including sprint planning.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards.
• Experience designing interfaces for robotics or specialized equipment.
